CashCode CashCode

How do I read the serial number located on CashCode products?
Example: 00K21987632470 To identify the age of the unit, start with the letter "K", which represents the year 2000. The one-digit number (ie: 2) after the K indicates the year the unit was produced (ie: 2000 + 2 = 2002). In this example, the unit was manufactured in 2002. The two digits following the year the unit was manufactured, is the week in which the unit was produced. In this example, the unit was produced the 19th week of year 2002. The rest of the numbers are for internal use and have no input on the age of the unit.
