What is an RMA number?
"RMA" stands for Return Merchandise Authorization number. Unfortunately, no, CashCode does not accept goods without an RMA number clearly marked. RMA numbers are issued through the CashCode Customer Service Department or telephone:1 (905) 303-8874. In regards to receiving an evaluation before CashCode starts repairs, unfortunately this is not possible. As soon as CashCode technicians receive any device, repairs commence immediately.
